Cancellation & refund policy
Conference registration
Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing by December 31, 2019, will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing between January 1, 2020 and January 31, 2020, will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.
Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing between February 1, 2020 and February 29, 2020, will be refunded, less a 50% administrative fee.
Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing between March 1, 2020 and March 31, 2020, will be refunded, less a 75% administrative fee.
Cancellations of Conference registration received in writing after April 1, 2020 will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the organizing committee.
Hotel Accommodation
Cancellations of hotel accommodation received in writing by January 31, 2020, will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations of hotel accommodation received in writing between February 1, 2020 and February 29, 2020, will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.
Cancellations of hotel accommodation received in writing between March 1, 2020 and March 31, 2020, will be refunded, less a 50% administrative fee.
Cancellations of hotel accommodation received in writing after April 1, 2020 will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the organizing committee.
